Select international countries (please contact us for availability before placing an international order)

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1?3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays via email.

4. Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India above ?2,000.
Free shipping fee for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your order through the courier's website using this information.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for pincodes within West Bengal.
COD orders may be verified via call or WhatsApp before processing.

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international deliveries, import duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at the time of delivery. Karuna by Chaitali is not liable for customs delays or charges.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

9. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
If a package is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply.
